Architect, Fred Wynn, owner of Dallas Design Group-Architects, has designed thousands of custom residences, large and small, in Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas and other states. Licensed in Texas, California, Florida and Georgia, Wynn has designed virtually all types of apartments and commercial projects as well. Yet Wynn, also a licensed Builder and Interior Designer says, “Since I came from a family of Dallas builders, and knew how a house was built before I could draw one, my first love became residential architecture.”

When working with individual or builder clients, knowledge of construction and detailing becomes very important to understanding conceptual design and it’s relationship to budget requirements.
